Dave Foran | Chief Executive Officer
Dave Foran serves at the Chief Executive Officer of Red Sun Information Systems, where he is responsible for driving organizational executive functions and research to keep us on the cutting edge of Open-Source Technology. As a former Marine Corps logistics officer, Dave brings a strong background in leadership, security, and logistics to Red Sun.
Dave received an M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and an M.S. in Information Security and Assurance from Johnson and Wales University. His specialization focused on organizational security issues and policy along with risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
Gloria Zhang | Chief Business Development Officer
Gloria Zhang serves as the Chief Business Development Officer of Red Sun Information Systems, where she is responsible for expanding business operations and maximizing our presence in target markets. With over a decade of experience across 4 countries, Gloria brings expertise in business development, brand marketing, and communication in the globalized market.
Gloria received her B.A. in Business Administration from Anhui Polytechnic University, China, her M.S. in Management Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Peking University, China, and her M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs. She specializes in International Business Research, Organizational Psychology, and Soft Systems Management.
George Hardigg | Chief Technology Officer
George Hardigg serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Red Sun Information Systems, where he is responsible for developing and managing Red Sun’s information architecture. George has extensive experience managing technical projects across public and private sectors, from small businesses and political campaigns, to multi-million dollar enterprise-level contracts.
George is an enterprise architect, and solutions architect with industry experience in cloud infrastructure. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Systems Engineering at George Washington University. George is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Professional.
