Dave Foran serves as a technical consultant for Red Sun Information Systems, where he is responsible for driving organizational executive functions and research to keep us on the cutting edge of Open-Source Technology. As a former Marine Corps logistics officer, Dave brings a strong background in policy analysis, security knowledge, and systems analysis to Red Sun.

Dave received an M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and an M.S. in Information Security and Assurance from Johnson and Wales University. His specialization focused on organizational security issues and policy along with risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Dave enjoys working in Python and Linux, and is always reading about Cybernetics, which is his favorite subject.

Dmitriy Mkrtychev | Business Development Partner

Dmitriy serves as the Business Development Partner for Red Sun Information Systems. With over nine years of experience in managing technical projects and brokering client relationships on the east coast, his network of consultants drives growth for Red Sun IS and its client group.

Dmitriy received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University and leads the development of marketing strategy that is rooted in a deep analysis of the tech industry's needs.

George Hardigg : Technical Consultant

George Hardigg | Technical Consultant

George Hardigg serves as a Technical Consultant for Red Sun Information Systems, where he is responsible for helping clients to develop and and implement change across their organizations information architecture. George has extensive experience managing technical projects across public and private sectors, from small businesses and political campaigns, to multi-million dollar enterprise-level contracts for the federal government.

George is an enterprise architect, and solutions architect with industry experience in cloud infrastructure. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and is currently finishing a graduate degree in Systems Engineering at George Washington University. George is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Professional.
